Iqro Foundation is a Muslim community organisation in Sydney, rooted in Islamic values and Indonesian heritage. We bring people together through learning, youth and family programs, community support and service.

Connecting Hearts and Helping Hands
Building a better future through compassion
Iqro began with a simple gathering of Indonesian students in Sydney who came together to read and learn the Quran.
But something else grew alongside the learning.
Friendships formed. People supported one another. New students arrived. Families grew. The community changed.
And Iqro grew with it.
What started as a small Quran circle became a community connecting different generations through faith, learning, friendship and service.
Today, Iqro continues that story from Wiley Park, bringing together students, young people, professionals, families, elders and volunteers.
The community has grown, but the idea remains simple:
Learn together. Grow together. Give back together.
